These terms apply to digital comic purchases made directly through GusTheGuardian.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Refund and Returns Policy.
Your digital purchase
Each product listing identifies the chapter, contents, and price. Andy & Gus issues are digital PDF downloads, not physical books. Each chapter is a separate purchase; buying one issue does not purchase the whole series or start a subscription. Chapter 1 is available free before you buy.
Payment and delivery
Prices are displayed in the store and the checkout total is shown before payment. After successful payment, download links are provided on the order confirmation page and in the automated order email. Use a correct email address at checkout, keep your order number, and check your spam folder if the email does not appear. A PDF reader is needed to open the files. You may print your purchased issue for personal household use.
All sales final
No refunds, returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind cancellations for digital downloads, except where required by applicable law. Review the chapter number and description before paying. See our full no-refund policy. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Personal use and copyright
Your purchase grants personal, noncommercial household use of the downloaded issue. Copyright and other ownership rights remain with their respective rights holders. Do not resell, publicly upload, or redistribute the PDF, scanned pages, or download links without written permission.
Order support
For a missing download, a file problem, or a billing question, contact Gus the Guardian support with your order number and checkout email. We will help you access the issue you purchased. Card charges use the statement descriptor GUSTHEGUARDIAN.COM. Purchases through Amazon or other retailers follow those retailers’ terms.
